- WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?
In Switzerland, we deliver with La Poste within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery is offered to you from CHF 100.- of purchase, only in Switzerland.
We deliver internationally, the costs are calculated when indicating the delivery address,
We are not responsible for any customs fees for international shipments.
- WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
We strive to process your order within 48 hours. The tracking number will be notified to you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.
(During high demand, sales, black Friday, the deadline could be extended)

ERROR & RETURN
- I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?
Please send us an e-mail to info@skyliacollection.com within 12 hours maximum, so that we can correct this error before it is sent.
- I WISH TO RETURN MY ORDER OR CERTAIN MODEL?
You can return your order within a maximum of 14 days. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email us at info@skyliacollection.com with your order number. All other information regarding the return will then be communicated to you.
- UNDER WHICH CRITERIA MY ORDER CANNOT BE REFUNDED?
The jersey must not have been worn, new and clean (hygienic protection plastic intact)
All tags must still be on the swimsuit
In its original packaging
We carry out checks before and after each shipment or return, if we find that the jersey does not correspond to all the criteria, we will not make any refund.
The order will then be returned to the customer at his expense.
