Return and Refund Policy

Article 1: AVAILABILITY

The price and availability of the products are valid as long as they are indicated on our online store. Except in exceptional cases (sale or out of stock) also indicated on the online store.

Article 2: ORDER
Article 2.1: How to place an order?
  • The customer chooses the desired item(s) as well as the desired size.
  • The customer adds the item(s) to their basket. He can then validate it, modify or withdraw articles.
  • The customer fills in his delivery and billing information (if it is different on delivery).
  • The customer chooses his mode of delivery. Fees may vary and are listed. All orders over CHF 100.- are delivered free of charge in Switzerland only.
  • The customer chooses his method of payment among the means of payment offered and validates the payment.
  • SKYLIA COLLECTION sends a confirmation email to the customer indicating: the order number, the date of the order, the amount of the order and the processing time.
  • This email corresponds to the sales contract between the customer and SKYLIA COLLECTION.

Article 2.2: Prices

The prices displayed by default on the site are indicated in Swiss Francs CHF. The prices displayed are exclusive of shipping costs and customs fees. These are calculated when communicating the delivery address. Customs charges cannot be calculated, where applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. SKYLIA COLLECTION does not bear any customs fees.

The customer can consult prices and availability at any time on the online store.

Article 2.3: Means of payment

The customer to pay for his order by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX AND PAYPAL. SKYLIA COLLECTION guarantees all transactions using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol encryption system and PAYPAL purchase protection. The customer is debited as soon as the order is validated.

SKYLIA COLLECTION carries out anti-fraud checks on transactions in order to secure our customers' transactions. SKYLIA COLLECTION reserves the right to request additional information and documents on the transaction made to the customer.

SKYLIA COLLECTION reserves the right to cancel an order if it is subject to doubt of fraud and usurpation of personal data or an abnormally high order quantity.

Article 2.4: Proof of order/payment

We keep all of our transactions between SKYLIA COLLECTION and the customer. We archive orders in our personal and private third-party system. We recommend that the customer always keep the order confirmation email.

Article 3: DELIVERY

Our items are delivered internationally to the address provided by the customer when ordering. The customer benefits from free delivery in Switzerland when ordering more than CHF 100.- (one hundred Swiss francs). The shipping costs are calculated and paid during the validation of the order. The customer's order may be subject to customs charges when shipping outside Switzerland. These customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. SKYLIA COLLECTION does not bear any additional costs.

In the event of delays by the carrier, problem or loss on delivery, SKYLIA COLLECTION can in no way be held responsible. An investigation will be opened with the carrier.

We are committed to preparing your order within 48 hours (working days) depending on the season and demand.

We recommend that you check your order upon receipt.

Article 4: RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

SKYLIA COLLECTION retains full ownership of the items purchased by the customer until the customer has fulfilled all of its obligations and until full payment of the price.

Article 5: After-sales service
Article 5.1: General information

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons of hygiene but also to guarantee the exclusivity of SKYLIA COLLECTION. Apart from defective items or items that do not correspond to the initial order, a right of return will be analysed.

Article 5.2: Terms of withdrawal

In order to be able to analyze the return request, the customer must notify SKYLIA COLLECTION within 5 (five) days of the delivery date.

The request should be sent to: info@skyliacollection.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos of defective or non-matching items
  • Detailed explanation of the wish to withdraw (in French or in English)

A return request form will be sent to your e-mail address, to be completed and attached to the order in its return.

Items must be returned within 10 (ten) days of the form email. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and as well as any customs fees. The customer is asked to indicate that the articles correspond to “Returned goods”. If applicable, customs fees will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Please provide us with the tracking number for the return package. SKYLIA COLLECTION is not responsible in case of loss or theft during the return with the carrier. The customer is free to choose the method of sending his product and whether or not to take out insurance in the event of loss, theft or destruction of his package. SKYLIA COLLECTION does not cover any of these costs and cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the customer's package.

Articles 5.3: Return criteria

In any case, the item must be returned in its original and complete condition. The article must meet the following criteria:

  • Original packaging (Pouch)
  • Labels and hygiene protection
  • Clean, never worn and new

Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn, damaged or dirty will be returned to the customer at his expense. No refunds will be accepted.

SKYLIA COLLECTION carries out numerous quality and preparation checks. The articles are all without exception, send and prepare according to the process of order preparation and sending. Each item is checked, packaged and prepared according to defined criteria.

Article 5.4: Reimbursement

In the event of a refund, the customer will be refunded the full value of the returned products or the total order. Delivery costs and/or customs fees are excepted from reimbursement and are not the responsibility of SKYLIA COLLECTION.

The refund is made within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the returned items. A refund confirmation email will be sent to the customer if the items match the criteria.

The customer will be reimbursed by the same means of payment as that used during the initial transaction.

Article 5.5: Product non-compliance

In the event that the order is deemed non-compliant, the return costs are borne by SKYLIA COLLECTION, upon presentation of proof and under reasonable transport conditions. The customer is free to choose the method of sending his item and whether or not to take out insurance in the event of loss, theft or destruction of his package. SKYLIA COLLECTION does not cover any of these costs and cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the customer's package. In this case, no refund will be accepted.

The customer has the possibility of accepting the exchange of the article or the reimbursement of the non-compliant product. The return of the product will be at the expense of SKYLIA COLLECTION.

The item will be sent to the same address as the original order and the customer will receive an exchange confirmation email.

Article 6: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As soon as the Internet user places an order on the online store, personal data is collected in order to ensure, in particular, the processing of his order and the management of his customer account. These data are intended for SKYLIA COLLECTION, in its capacity as data controller.

No data is transmitted to third parties and is kept by SKYLIA COLLECTION in a secure public system.
